NCER has established organizational structure as mentioned in flow chart. The Governing Body (GB) is the highest decision making body constituting members from the Management, Principal and nominated faculty members. College Development Committee (CDC) includes members from the Management, members from industries, principal, society representatives, three members elected from teaching faculty, one member of non-teaching staff and student representatives.
The organizational hierarchy is illustrated in the chart below;
In 2018, the Institute prepared a perspective plan for 10 years by involving all HODs which was revised in February 2023 and it has been approved by GB. The effectiveness of functioning of NCER and zeal to achieve long term goals by 2028 is reflected in the table below:
