Basically before this visit, we only have seen such huge boilers, manufacturing & finishing of those huge tanks in books & on social medias but after the visit we have come to be known of certain facts & process like moisture removing & radio active testing process, & Machines like bending & Rolling machines. We also were introduced to gas cutting & oxygen Cng gas cutting machines which are generally used to cut the pipes & jobs. The Hardness of water used in water tube boilers must be in between 7.5 – 8.5 ppm & its PH value in between 7-8. "Waiting Queuing Working" were the three words written on their process visual board which the workers use as motivation for executing their work & job. We had come to known about the IBR (International Boiler Regulation) Exam, which is the entrance exam on the basis of which recruitment process is carried out in Thermax Company.
